About Our Craftsmanship
Premium Gourmet Fudge and Chocolate Confections
At Granite Bay Fudge, we craft high-quality, delicious fudge using my grandmother's recipe- which had to be committed to memory as she refused to write it down. All of our secret family recipe fudge is small batch, handcrafted the same way she did in 1941. Since then, we expanded our flavors using the same base recipe, carefully selecting only the highest quality ingredients, and never using any food coloring. Our gourmet fudge and chocolate confections are perfect for gift-giving or indulging in a sweet treat. We focus on freshness, flavor, and craftsmanship to ensure every piece delivers joy.
It's a family affair
Granite Bay Fudge is truly a family affair, with everyone pitching in to help when we do shows. Our boys Matt and Cam as well as niece Taylor can be found helping with the purchasing, labeling and pricing, as well as loading and unloading vehicles for events we attend. Husband Jim is working on the marketing end of things.
